1.2.3 in person or via application for in the post
A Primary Account Holder is the person responsible for the membership and who is to be contacted for membership matters and is liable for payments arising with respect to membership.
1.3 All Members (new and renewing) who pay by credit card or debit credit card should be aware that their membership will automatically rollover (ie be renewed for the same type of membership) from season to season, (also referred to as “Rolling Renewal”). Rolling Renewal will apply to each membership regardless of the method used to apply for membership, unless the Member engages in the opt out procedure (see condition 5.0).
1.4 After submitting an application for membership(s), new Members will receive an Order Confirmation via email once the membership has been processed. This may take up to 72 hours to be sent. 2.7 All Members who paid by a method other than credit card or debit credit card will not rollover and will be required to action their renewal themselves for 2019.

Junior Members from 2018, who are no longer eligible for Junior pricing, will be automatically renewed as a Concession membership and this price will be communicated to the relevant Primary Account Holders in the Rollover Correspondence. Junior membership eligibility will be determined by the date of birth recorded against the Junior membership. The date of birth on the account cannot be updated.
2.9 Rollover pricing is available on all membership packages to Renewing Members who rollover or renew themselves before the Rollover Date, 5 October 2018. This includes any Members who make changes to their renewal order, if it’s actioned by the Rollover Date.
